Withdrawing Money

We will send you your winnings at your request; simply log in to Cashier and let us know how much you would like to withdraw. While there are no fees for withdrawing funds from your Cashier account, there may be a minimum amount that you may withdraw per transaction.

As a registered member, you can withdraw money from your Cashier account using the following methods:

To initiate a withdrawal of funds, you will require your Personal Identification Number (PIN), which was sent to you when you signed up. Your PIN helps to ensure that only you can withdraw money from your account. Your PIN is randomly generated and then sent to you by e-mail immediately after you create your account. If you have lost or forgotten your PIN, click the If you do not have your PIN number, please click here links found throughout Cashier to have your PIN sent to you.

If you have made recent deposits by credit card, for every withdrawal, we will first attempt to charge back to your account the amount of your most recent deposits. The remainder of your withdrawal will be sent using the method of your choice.

  • Your last Cashier account deposit was $200 and it was deposited using your credit card. Your current Cashier account balance is $500 and you wish to withdraw the entire amount. The $200 that you deposited by credit card will be credited back to your card and the remaining $300 will be sent via the method of your choice.

If you have made recent deposits by FirePay, direct deposit (electronic cheque), and/or NETeller deposits, we will charge the withdrawal amount back to your accounts (respectively, if more than one is present), unless you specifically request us not to do so. To make this request, you must contact us.

  • Please ensure that your NETeller email address matches the email address on your account or your withdrawals will be delayed.

If your most recent deposit was by any other method, we will send your withdrawal by cheque.
