Using FirePay as a withdrawal method allows you to transfer money from your Cashier account to your FirePay account. FirePay works like a personal wallet that is funded from your accounts, either your bank account or your Cashier account.

To transfer money from your Cashier account to your FirePay account:

  1. Log in to Cashier.
  2. Click Withdraw.
  3. Choose FirePay as your withdrawal method.
  4. Click Choose Withdraw Type. The Cash-out to FirePay account page opens.
  5. Type your PIN.
  • If you have forgotten your PIN, click please click here to have your PIN sent to you.
  1. Type your 16-digit FirePay account number.
  2. Type the amount, in U.S. dollars, that you wish to withdraw.
  3. Click Withdraw Money.
