When I make a withdrawal, how do I get paid?
Withdrawals are processed based on the last deposit method used prior to making the withdrawal.

  • If your last deposit was made by credit card, cash transfer, or electronic cheque, the amount you wish to withdraw is sent to you, in the form of a cheque, to the address registered on your account. If you last used NETeller to deposit funds, the amount you wish to withdraw is credited to your NETeller account.

I just withdrew some money. How long does it take to receive funds?
Withdrawals may take from 1 to 5 business days for complete processing. If you are being paid via cheque, please allow 5 to 14 business to receive your funds, depending on your geographic location.

I moved recently and have made a withdrawal. How do I receive my funds?
To ensure funds are promptly received when you have recently moved, please update your address details with us. To do this, you will need to send us the following documents by fax or mail, or contact us for more information.

  • A copy of the front and back of a credit card used to deposit funds into your account. Note that this only applies if you have registered a credit card with Cashier.
  • A utility bill, credit card statement, or state issued ID (e.g., driver's license), which clearly shows your full name and current address.

My credit card won't go through. What is wrong?
Generally, credit card transactions that are declined are bank-generated. Your bank may have declined the transaction because it is gaming related. You may call your bank and speak to a supervisor or manager to verify this. You may also try using a different credit card issued at a different bank, or one of our other deposit methods.

I just deposited money into my Cashier account through NETeller. Why isn't the money in my account?

We just received notification of your deposit. Please allow 15 minutes for funds to be posted to your account.

What are V-chips and how do I purchase them?
V-chips (virtual chips) are chips used to make wagers in the casino or sportsbook, similar to those used in land-based casinos. Once you deposit funds into your account, you have automatically purchased V-chips and can start betting right away.

I have just logged in and I see this message: "You have <<amount in dollars>> in your EFS account. Click here to purchase V-chips for this amount." What does this mean?
Earlier versions of Cashier were known as EFS (Electronic Financial Services). In those earlier versions, you had two accounts: an EFS account and a V-chip account. You had to deposit money into your EFS account and then buy V-chips so you could place wagers at casinos or sportsbooks. For newer versions of Cashier, you only need to deposit money into your Cashier account and you are ready to place wagers.

If you log in and see this message, it means that you still have money in your EFS account. To facilitate newer versions of Cashier you must transfer your EFS account balance to your Cashier account. To do this, just click the link provided. Your EFS balance will be transferred to your Cashier account and you are ready to start betting!
