Confirming Your Account

When you register your bank account with Cashier, it is created in a suspended state. This means that your account has been created, but you are unable to use it to transfer money to or from your Cashier account until we can confirm that the account information is valid.

Whenever a new account is made, Cashier makes a small (under $1.00), automated deposit to your bank account. Once you see the deposit in your bank account, you can log in to Cashier again to confirm the amount deposited. Once confirmation is complete, the account is enabled, allowing you to move funds between your Cashier account and bank account quickly and easily.

To confirm your account:

  1. Determine the amount that Cashier has deposited into your bank account.
  2. Log in to Cashier.
  3. Select either Deposit or Withdraw. From the Payment methods or the Withdraw methods options, choose Electronic Cheque and submit your choice.
  4. Look for the following section:

  5. Choose the account you wish to confirm from the drop-down list and click submit.
  6. Type the amount, in cents, that was deposited by Cashier into your account and click Submit.
  • If $.63 was deposited into your account, you would type 63.
