Your withdrawal can be sent to you as a cashier's cheque by priority mail free of charge or by FedEx. All withdrawals by cheque can be redeemed at any financial institution. If you have any questions regarding the amount of your check or how to redeem it, please contact us.

To withdraw money from your Cashier account:

  1. Log in to Cashier.
  2. Click Withdraw.
  3. Choose Check as your withdrawal method.
  4. Click Choose Withdraw Type. The Withdraw Money From Account page opens.
  5. Type your PIN.
  • If you have forgotten your PIN, click If you do not have your PIN number, please click here to have your PIN sent to you.
  1. Type the amount, in U.S. dollars, that you wish to withdraw.
  2. If you wish to have your cheque sent to you by FedEx, click Yes.
  3. Confirm your address.
  • We will confirm your address with your financial institution. Please ensure that we have your correct address on file.
  1. Click Withdraw Money.
